Minimum Admission Requirement for 2020/2021 Academic Year
  • For WASSCE holders, a minimum of 6 credits (A1 –C6), in three (3) core subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Science/Social Studies and three (3) elective subjects relevant to the programme of choice.

 

  • For SSSCE holders a minimum of 6 Credits (A – D) in three (3) core subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Science/Social Studies and three (3) elective subjects relevant to the programme of choice.

 

  • Holders of TVET qualification; credit in three (3) core subjects including English Language, Mathematics and passes in three (3) elective subjects relevant to the programme of choice.

Academic Programmes

  • 3-Year Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) – General Programme
  • 3-Year Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) Early Childhood Education Programme
  • 4 –Year B. Ed. Primary Education (any course offered in Senior High School (SHS) qualifies you for the programme).
  • 4 – Year B. Ed. Junior High School Education (Home Economics option) (Home Economics related courses in offered in SHS qualifies you for the Programme)
  • 4 – Year B. Ed. Early Childhood Education(any course offered in SHS qualifies you for the Programme)

The Application Process

Supply your card information.

Supply your card information and ensure you keep the card safely for subsequent login.

Click ‘Login’ to start applying.

Gather Necessary Documents

Gather all necessary document required including passport picture, SSS certificate, SHS certificate, etc.

Fill Application form and supply all required details, as well as attaching a passport picture.

An applicant’s passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 40KB in size.

3. Click ‘Save and Continue later button’ to save your application form for the option of coming back at a later time to edit.

Print Confirmation Page very important

After clicking on ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’, click ‘Print Form’ button to print Confirmation Page.

Keep your printed Confirmation Page safe. You will require your Application Form Number

shown on the page to check your admission status and also print your admission letter.

Last Decision is a must.

Each Applicant is required to print two copies each of his/her confirmation page and attach his/her results slip(s) and any other documents deemed important and forward same by post to the College of Education applied to. Failure to do so, means application won’t be processed

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of Teresco’s three degrees. You’ll be able to choose your campus and programs that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Contact information of the administration who will complete the Admission, Evaluation process.
  • Nonrefundable GH¢170 application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a fee waiver.
